Looking back at all my targets, i believe that i have completed them all, this is because i have finally finished my blog, which was my primary target throughout, my compositions were also constructed to my best abilities this is because i tried my best to include the things that i needed to pass my course such as including a rhythm.
I am also glad that i finished my compositions in time, this is because i did not believe that i had enough time to get at the minimum time.
If i had more time, I believe that i could have done all my compositions to the best possible, and then i could of maybe got a distinction throughout.

Term Review 2 (Easter)
So far in this term I have achieved much more than last term, this is because I focused much more so was able to get much more done. I finished all of my compositions to the best of my abilities, however I did have to rush one because I was told the my compositions were due earlier than I expected.
In my compositions I have used harmonic progression, melody and a rhythm. However i could not use lyrics primarily because i did not have to to do so.

In my composition i have started to develop a bass into my song, however because i have only got the demo on the ipad i have to use a low pitched note on the acoustic guitar. I have also started to develop more of as drum beat into my chord progression as i did not fit in with my genre of music.
My song is now needing to develop lyrics in with song however i am at the moment not found many lyrics that fits in with the music but i have a start to what i can do.
Term review (Christmas)
So far i have accomplished a lot, i only need one more track to finally finish my 15 minutes worth of compositions. however i still need to finish my blog, since i have primarily working on my compositions than my coursework.

personal goals and musical experience
Personal Goals & Musical Experience
My goals are:
- To make a music piece that fits in with the genre. The genre i have chosen is hip hop because it is my favourite genre and it will also be a big challenge for me as it has lots of difficult beats.
- To learn everything to do with music that would help me in a career in music. e.g what is a stave.
- To learn how to use advanced music software such as logic. However i would have to do this in my own time because the school is too poor to afford decent music software.

S.W.O.T analysis
S.W.O.T
My strengths are that i know how to use the software they use at school to create music. This is garage band. I know how to use it because i have been learning it at home and been trying to make more music at home to help me with my coursework.
My weaknesses is that at this moment of time i do not have any additional/ advanced music software to create better pieces of music. This is because the school cannot afford decent music software so i have to buy it myself.
My opportunities are that i am now looking in to buying reason or logic (music software). I have found it for around £200 online and thinking about buying it and then downloading it to my laptop at home. this will allow me to get better music and beats.
My threats are that i am going to get used to using advanced music software as i will not be used to using this. I will also have to save up over £200 for this music software.
